“ Is it the best ramen I've had nope, but is it the best ramen in Mammoth? Yes that's all that matters. Ramens are themed by Godzilla characters. Cool place with a lot of Godzilla decor. Most of the sushi offerings are sashimi and rolls. They have rice and appetizers to choose from. Kids meal as well. Ramen along with a plate of rice, corn, arrugala and gyoza and they won't switch items ”
“ Oooof! This is the spot after having full days of snowboarding, kinda hard to find places that have pho or ramen out here. Sushi is delicious here and the beef bowl. ”
“ Amazing food Amazing scenery Hits the spot of all spots when your done with snow Servers are awesome and set up a great experience when it's your birthday Service is so fast is dope ”
“ After a 5 hour long car ride + snowmobiling we were craving something savory and decided to try out GOJIRA ramen. We were ssoso happy to have found a sushi/ramen spot in Mammoth and SO glad we gave GOJIRA a try. First off the food came out v quick -- much needed bc we were STARVING. My boyfriend and I ordered the black garlic tonkatsu ramen + the baked salmon roll. The black garlic tonkatsu ramen was super flavorful & the broth was so rich. They gave us a good amount of veggies & meat... which I LOVE I feel like most places skimp you out on the meat especially. The baked salmon roll was honestly mid in my opinion.. was a bit dry and it wasn't the baked salmon I had in mind where they torch the salmon on top D: (she kinda reminded me of canned tuna LOLz) We also tried our friend's dishes and the food was so good.. did not disappoint. The true star of the show was the black garlic tonkatsu ramen and the salmon special roll :) I will be back soon ^.^ ”
“ We come here every time we drive up to mammoth. Perfect comfort food after a long day of skiing. Definitely recommend to everyone ”
“ In the context of a mountain town, Gojira is four stars. If I were to rate it against the other ramen restaurants I've been to, it's more like three (or 2.5). The gameramen was decent. The cilantro and jalapeño made it nontraditional, and I appreciate that they tried something different. The takoyaki was standard, albeit one very small piece of octopus in each ball. I would have enjoyed it more if the ramen came out steaming hot, but it was a bit lukewarm. It wasn't amazing to the point where I wanted to finish my bowl. But again, it's probably the best Japanese option in Mammoth. Saw some other tables order the sushi, it actually looked pretty good. ”
“ Holy moly. We're from Newport Beach, where epic restaurants are as common as sand on the beach, so being impressed by Gojira Ramen and Sushi in Mammoth is saying something. We arrived between Christmas and New Year's at 6:15 PM to find a line longer than the walk from the parking lot to the door. But the owner reassured us it wouldn't be long, and sure enough, we were seated in 15-20 minutes - quick service in the holiday rush. The wait staff were like well-oiled machines, attentive without being invasive. Our gyoza, edamame, and drinks materialized within five minutes of sitting down, despite the restaurant being packed tighter than a Mammoth snowstorm. Every few minutes, someone would do a drive-by check to ensure we were good without interrupting our feast. I ordered the Miso Pepper Ramen - it was top-tier, possibly the best I've had anywhere. My kids, 13 and 10, got the kids' meals - generous portions with miso soup, ramen, and gyoza, and they loved every bite. Watching the staff clear a table in less than 90 seconds was like witnessing a well-rehearsed ballet. Five-star Orange County restaurants could take a lesson or two from this place. Eating at Gojira Ramen and Sushi was less dining out and more like attending a culinary performance. I'm officially a fan. My nine-year-old son wanted to add his personal touch to this review here... ". This restaurant is absolutely fire. food was fast and comes with free lollipops with the kids meal. I love this restaurant :) :) :) I got seated fast. and I didn't taste the dessert but I know it will be really fire no cap. LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!" ”
“ Great restaurant in Mammoth, especially during a cold winter. First, the food is amazing! Gojiramen has its own unique taste that cannot be found anywhere else! The chashu is very thick and a lot of flavour. The broth is very delicious and special. Second, the customer service is brilliant, very friendly, quick, and understanding. Overall, great experience. ”
“ Always a great go to when in mammoth. Def not the best ramen ever, but definitely the best ramen within a 100mi radius. Parking can be tough so i definitely always order online for pick up. It's usually fairly fast 10-15min. Our order said 30min but it was ready in 15min. Go to is always the black garlic ramen and karaage! ”
“ I liked it. Good place to grab some sushi or a bento in Mammoth. Really popular too, we came on a Sunday night and it was packed. Inside had some cool Godzilla decorations and posters. Plenty of tables but spacing was really tight. I got the karaage bento. It was good. Really liked the karaage chicken. Need more sauce though. A good portion size too. My friend and I also got the takoyaki and shrimp tempura and they were good! Service was good. Friendly staff. Easy parking in front. Will definitely come back next time I'm in Mammoth. ”
